Outside Sales Representative
Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (primarily outside of the office) for Wound Care Services, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our cutting-edge wound care solutions to healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, health plans, medical group patients, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term care centers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, evaluating their needs, and providing customized wound care solutions that improve patient outcomes. This is not an office position you will be required to book and close face to face meetings with the types of facilitates mentioned above.
This position has unlimited earning potential of 250K+ per year with upward mobility within the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Market Analysis:** Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitors within the wound care services industry.
2. **Customer Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, wound care specialists, and procurement officers.
3. **Product Presentation:** Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our wound care services to healthcare providers, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
4. **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on the latest developments in wound care services and be an expert on our product offerings, ensuring that you can answer customer inquiries with confidence.
5. **Customized Solutions:** Understand each customer's unique requirements and tailor our wound care services to address their specific challenges and objectives.
6. **Sales Quotas:** Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, driving revenue growth for the company.
7. **Product Training:** Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the proper use of our wound care products and services.
8. **Pipeline Management:** Maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new leads, following up on existing opportunities, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
9. **Reporting:** Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
10. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies for product promotion and lead generation.
11. **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies while promoting and selling our products.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical sales.
- Strong knowledge of wound care products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and prospects.
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Solution Engineer with Therap EMR exp to join their innovative team. As an EMR Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electronic medical records systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, experience in healthcare IT, and a commitment to improving the efficiency and quality of healthcare through innovative EMR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement electronic medical records (EMR) solutions that align with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand EMR requirements and tailor solutions to meet specific needs.

- Proficiency in programming languages and scripting relevant to EMR solutions.
- Experience with EMR software applications and platforms.

- Experience with Epic My chart integrations

- Development experience in any object oriented language (e.g. C#, Java, etc.)

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for driven Commercial Real Estate Agent specialized in leasing and selling medical and office space in the Inland Empire. As a part of the firm, your goal will be to prospect and close deals. You will need to possess an understanding of the local market and be able to leverage that understanding to identify, lease, and sell properties.
Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual. The firm will ensure that you have what you need to do your job well, but we do not have time to hold your hand we need someone who will own their work and take responsibility to prospect, create leads, and get the deal done. That said, they will provide support and expand company resources to make sure that you have marketing materials to help close deals.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect potential clients in need of medical and office space in the Inland Empire area.
· Property showings, negotiations, and preparing needed documents.
· Ensure all deals are in compliance with ethics standards and state law.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate laws and regulations.
· Grow your professional network to generate new business opportunities.
· Quickly and thoroughly follow up with and respond to clients and other deal stakeholders.
· Other duties as required.
Requirements:
· A valid California Real Estate License is required.
· A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
· Experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent, specializing in leasing and selling medical and office space.
· In-depth knowledge of the Inland Empire area's commercial real estate market.
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
· Self-motivated and target-driven with an ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
· Proficiency with AirCRE or other comparable leasing document databases.
· Proficiency with CoStar/Loopnet. Knowledge of Placer.ai is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven track record of successfully leasing and selling medical and office properties in the Inland Empire area.
· Existing network of contacts within the local commercial real estate industry.
