Are you a talented IT Support Engineer specialising in End User Computing?
You will play a pivotal part in providing support for Microsoft SCCM & Intune across Windows and iOS devices for a leading international professional services firm.
The role.
As an IT Support Engineer your role will be critical in helping to support and maintain all EUC across all our clients global IT estate.
This will include:
- Serving as the initial point of contact for support and troubleshooting via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Handling third-line support for all hardware and applications.
- Monitoring and reporting using Microsoft SCCM & Intune, with a focus on application deployment and security updates.
- Managing SCCM tasks, including task sequences, OS images, driver packages, and boot images.
- Deploying Windows PowerShell for maintenance tasks and application distribution.
- Administering Entra AD and Active Directory groups and security groups, showcasing a strong understanding of AD administration.
- Creating and managing Group Policy Objects.
- Managing iOS & Android applications via Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- Contributing to documentation, communication of configuration changes, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assisting in defining the technical roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the digital data strategy.

About you.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with skills and experiences that include

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security controls and countermeasures.
- Perform vulnerability management and remediation.
- Collaborate with software engineering and product teams.
- Manage Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and Defender services.
- Respond to new vulnerabilities and manage remediation.
- Develop and manage security measures for generative AI usage.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree/diploma in a tech-related field or relevant experience.
