Requirements:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and kind manner, whether in person or telephonically

Qualification:

Our client requires a Nursing Sister specializing in geriatric care who will play a vital role in providing wellness nursing services to elderly residents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the health, well-being, and comfort of the residents by delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Assess the health status and needs of elderly residents upon admission and regularly thereafter.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments and resident preferences.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, including state licensing requirements, infection control guidelines, and resident rights.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the quality of nursing care and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and follow-up measures as needed to address deficiencies and enhance resident outcomes.
Qualification:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (preferred).
