Senior AWS Data Engineer
Role Overview:
- The person will be part of the Global Technology team for a major Insurance client. He/ She will work as a Senior Cloud Engineer within the CDO EDP team and will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with application and infrastructure developers to build and enhance the data infrastructure and application patterns that power mission-critical applications, ensuring that they are engineered for high availability, durability, and resiliency
- They will be part of an agile team that combines various backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to solve complex problems within AWS and beyond.
- The person will also be required to participate actively in brainstorming sessions for improvement opportunities and take it to completion
- A suitable candidate should have 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience working as an AWS Data Engineer. He/ She should be able to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience in life insurance preferred but not mandatory.

QA Lead
Role and Responsibilities Overview:
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing and reporting on metrics, applying industry best practices and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
- Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation (SI) team is using Industry accepted best Practices.
- Ensure data accuracy in both SQL and SSIS. Detailed and effective written communication skills documenting the features tested and bugs found.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelors/Master's degree in computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
- Insurance Industry knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in SQL queries, sub queries, and complex joins for generating stored procedures.
- Experience working in ETL projects and ETL technologies like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Good Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts such as Dimensions and Facts tables, SCD, OLAP, OLTP etc.
- Experience extracting and manipulating data from relational databases with advanced SQL.
- 5-8 years of QA experience.
- Able to test the data ingestion/curation pipelines.

Tableau Developer
In this role associate will be responsible for designing reports and dashboards as per the business requirements and coordinate across different teams for data integration. As a Tableau Developer you will also be part of a team that has the responsibility for the definition, design and implementation of the Business Intelligence solutions for all functional operations areas within the organization. You will process documentation to produce the required reporting and analytics deliverables using Tableau Software.
The ideal candidate for this position will come from a healthcare background (preferred) and is a proactive thinker, self-starter, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to work independently.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop Dashboards/Metrics reports using Tableau platform
- Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements and use cases, develop concepts/mock-ups via iterative practices, and design reporting solutions (dashboards, scorecards etc.) that meet use cases/requirements, as well as achieve ease of usability and self-service capabilities
