Remote - Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst / Senior Architect IT Apps

Job Summary/Overview:
Our client is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Business Analyst to lead the operational stability and enhancements of Oracle HCM, including payroll, time, and labor, compensation, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in additional Oracle modules, including Core HR and Learning. This individual will play a crucial role in configuring project solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise and domain strategic vision, best practices, and architectural principles. The primary goal is to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion enhancements, stability, and support, encompassing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and delivery.
If you are the ideal candidate for this position, you should possess deep experience in designing and implementing solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with expertise and experience in data integration with enterprise applications. You should have a track record of excelling in small innovative software teams and exhibit a flexible, upbeat approach to working with colleagues.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Science desired, plus 7+ years of applicable Oracle Fusion configuration experience; or equivalent education and/or work-related experience.
Licenses and Certificates:
- Oracle Certification and Training with a demonstrated application of skills and knowledge.

- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion configuration to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.

Qualifications (Required):
- Valid nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in the state of operations & current board certification in your field.
- Nursing Primary Care (2+ years experience).
- Minimum of a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing from accredited Colleges or Universities.
- Experience in nursing is required, and some experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Provider is preferred, but not necessary, although demonstrated critical thinking skills are required.

Java Fullstack Developer with Angular
**NO C2C - REMOTE**
We are seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with expertise in Angular. As a Java Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-class web applications, leveraging your strong skills in Java, Angular, and other related technologies. Qualifications:
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java, with a recent focus on enterprise-class web application development.

IT Solution Architect
**NO C2C - CONTRACT POSITION**
This is a contract position located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 Hana MM implementation and be well-versed in SAP best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction to build/development teams on SAP best practices for Direct and indirect, Services, Consignment, STO, Subcontracting, Purchasing Contracts, Workflow, and related purchasing processes.
- Collaborate with internal technical team members and stakeholders to address operational and deployment gaps by producing configuration and design documents.
- Work closely with the SAP enhancements management team in prioritizing, testing, deploying, and documenting system change requests and providing support.
- Participate in rollouts of S/4 Hana modules (MM/IM) and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a global team environment.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4 Hana MM implementation with proficiency in the Fiori environment.

As a Junior Project Controller, you will play a critical role in financial management and project control within the organization. You will be responsible for tracking costs, managing estimates, and ensuring alignment with IT Accounting Policy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze financial variance, and support process improvements. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to our values will be key in driving project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics) or equivalent work experience.
