Pega Engineer
Making a difference by
Being responsible for day-to-day activities that range from actual coding to active involvement in the delivery pipeline, test automation, test execution for different test levels, defect management, test data management, test strategy, automated deployments and running/supporting the software in the production environment.
Being part of our DevOps team you are responsible for changing and running the IT solutions you deliver. Here software development is not only about implementing business requirements, but also takes into account operational aspects such as maintainability, stability and security requirements. In addition you will work with continuous delivery, test and behaviour driven development, test automation and software delivery measurement, in order to improve the team and the process.

All this requires a specific and challenging mindset: the ability and willingness to take responsibility for the full software development process and the drive to continuously improve. The complexity of the job lies in ensuring a balance between running and changing the systems. A completed, relevant HBO or WO education (Informatics, Information Technology or Business Management)
Pega CSSA certified
4 - 5 years’ experience in developing PEGA applications
Knowledge of upgrading Pega platform
Experience with Agile and/or Scrum software development
Knowledge of Continuous Delivery principles
Knowledge and experience as a DevOps team member
Fluent Dutch speaking
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Front End Developer
You’re passionate about React. Experience with Java and backend technologies are a plus. You are also a team player who loves to work within a small and agile team to quickly provide high-quality results that improve the life of users. You have distinctive analytical and conceptual skills and you enjoy working with innovative technologies. Plus, the ease of use of the software you’ve developed is important to you.
Skills
- Master’s degree or equivalent business experience in Computer Science or a related area
- Very good knowledge and experience with the latest React and CSS frameworks
- Very good knowledge and experience with state management systems like Redux
- Understanding of modern backend APIs and the ability to communicate with them effectively
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Knowledge of test frameworks (e.g. jest, JUnit, Mockito)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical-conceptual skills
- You are a team player and love to work in an agile environment
- You are familiar with the principles of developing fault-tolerant, reliable, and durable software

Back End Developer

Hard requirements/KO criteria:
- You have HBO work and thinking level in the field of, for example, Computer Science, Business Information Science
- You have knowledge of and experience with programming in Java
- You have excellent communication skills, are customer-oriented, quality-driven, and sensitive, you are good at structuring your own work and that of others
- You have experience with data modeling
- You have at least 3 years of project experience with system implementations, preferably gained in a large, dynamic environment
- It is an advantage if you have experience with the following knowledge domains: MDM, XML, SQL, BI, and Data Warehousing, you have experience with EBX, you have experience with reference and/or master data
Fullstack Developer
What will you do as a Fullstack Developer?
You like to write code, but you don't just keep it to yourself. Together with colleagues, you come to much more efficient solutions and you continue to come up with creative solutions to help the customer optimally with their product. You develop custom applications and systems for customers in your region and are part of a DevOps scrum team. You will be dealing with CI / CD and you will regularly work with cloud techniques such as AWS.
What do we ask of a Fullstack Developer?
You also have a completed HBO / WO ICT education, you have at least five years of experience as a software engineer and you are familiar with techniques such as Hibernate, Microservices, Docker, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, MongoDB, React and Angular. You are also familiar with Agile and Scrum.
You are also a team player who is looking for pleasure in your work. You become part of an Agile team, so collaboration is important. You also have a good command of both the English and Dutch languages.
