Our client is an international regulated financial services provider holding a Cyprus financial license. The headquarters is in Hong Kong, with an international office in Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cyprus. They provide a wide range of financial instruments for an international client base of individuals, institutions, and brokers.
Hong Kong is the regional hub for its APAC business operations, with a high level of strategy of business and manpower planning to achieve the business goal.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop a business plan to achieve goals for both new and existing client bases
- Provide exceptional marketing insight to increase and retain the customer relationship
- Build and maintain the relationship with assigned key accounts of individual and institutional clients
- Conduct comprehensive market research about various factors related to economic, country policy, and competitor
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing promotion campaigns
- Utilize CRM system to evaluate customer data, and evaluate current and potential customers' activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1 year of experience in the finance industry
- Experience gained from the CFD FX industry is a must
- A proven track record of successfully sales revenue, leading and motivating diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills and detail-minded
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good in both Chinese and English

Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to students and parents who aspire to develop lifelong skill sets through various courses and internships.
- Understand the student's needs, aspirations, and preferences, and offer exceptional advice for relevant program enrollment.
- Proactively follow up on leads & inquiries and provide timely information to prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and participate in various campaigns and channels to expand the business revenue.
- Build up and expand the student recruitment channels with Schools, Institutions, and Partnership programs.
- Ensure the assigned sales target is achieved.
- Any other tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- 3-5 years of Business / Partnership Development experience is gained
- Previous sales experience with local schools/institutions is highly preferred.
- Strive for excellence and focus on achieving positive outcomes for students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle student inquiries efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality work by paying attention to details.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday

Our client provides a wide range of financial instruments, including currency pairs, metals, energy, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and stocks CFDs for their international client base of individual, institutional, and introducing brokers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact and identify potential Japanese customer base through social media, SMS, and online channels.
- Identify and evaluate potential customers' needs by providing exceptional marketing insight to increase and retain the customer relationship.
- Provide relevant Financial product/service introductions and convert potential customers into real customers.
- Maintain good communication and follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect and organize customer feedback and provide suggestions for product/service optimization.
Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of sales support experience in financial technology or related industries.
- Experience gained from the CFD FX industry is an advantage
- Fluent communication and writing skills in Japanese are a must.
- Familiar with social media channels.
- Good communication and coordination skills, proactive and flexible in solving problems.
