Monthly income potential for full-time work is $8K 12K+
If youre average you will earn 100K per year
If youre a superstar you will earn 150K+ per year
TASKS YOULL BE PERFORMING
As the Sales Manager for our organisation you will be working closely with the Marketing Department and will be responsible for all sales across our product lines. As the lead business developer in the sales function, your portfolio will be split into 50% new business acquisition and 50% existing clients. You will be responsible for:
Developing, delivering and achieving quarterly sales targets
Mapping new markets and building strategies to capture market share
Working with existing clients to extract new sale opportunities
Performing product demonstrations
Building quotes and proposals
Attending industry networking events
Establishing reseller agreements with prospective partners
Continuous self-development in industry trends and product education
Meeting with key accounts and suppliers to maintain relationships
Accurately managing data in CRM
Generating monthly reports to discuss performance with the Director & Marketing Team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Creativity - market mapping to expand prospects and reach.
Ownership of your section - initiative to plan, work and solve problems independently.
Sales Maturity - inherent ability to move from hunter to the farmer when appropriate.
Solutions Sales Ability - ability to understand the client problem and provide a solution persuasively. Hunt and kill mentality.
Experience - minimum 5 years in a similar role with examples of sales success.

** Using a specialised software to put together quotes for car park line marking fit outs
** Working with your sales manager to ensure the highest return possible on your time and effort with new enquiries
** Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM: Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales position
Preferably, experience in the trades and construction industry
Good computer skills (you will be putting together fit out plans for our clients)
Familiarity with CRM practices
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
