Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Janitorial Services
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will identify and contact, build relationships, and close sales deals with clients requiring janitorial services across the Mississauga and GTA area. You will primarily be selling to purchasing departments. This role is a newly created sales role to target small to medium-sized businesses. This newly created position will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager. The base Salary is $60,000 to $85,000 plus commissions.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
- Office- Mississauga, Ontario
- Work from the office and on the road meeting clients
- The sales territory is Mississauga and the GTA
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-7 years of sales experience.
- 2+ years of industry experience as an asset
- Experience with RFPs would be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Microsoft Project
- com, Proposify or other CRM software experience.

As a Business Development Director, you will be selling advanced behavioral employee engagement and sales performance programs to Fortune 1000 companies. PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
The prospective customers are a small and focused group of strategically targeted accounts. You will be calling on those at the CEO, President, Chief Revenue Officers, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, VP of Human Resources, and others at various Director Levels.
THE POSITION
As a Business Development Director, you will be selling advanced behavioral employee engagement and sales performance programs to fortune 1000 companies. You will be provided with a small list of accounts to strategically target. The role requires extensive research of the client through publicly available information such as annual reports and alike to identify their corporate focus, goals, areas that can be improved leveraging our clients' customized solutions. Before you make a call on a potential client your research and pre-call planning will impress the client with your knowledge and directionally guide you when meeting with the client. This role is for the curious who can immerse themselves in a client’s business and identify potential solutions that would help them achieve their corporate goals in strategically partnering with our client. Our client’s pricing model is not the cheapest and requires the ability to sell value and ROI. To assist client provides internal product experts and resources to help acquire new business and post-sales implantation and post-sale account management.
