Manager, Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of the Solar Division. The

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and growth of the Solar Division.
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the Solar SPVs.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the Solar SPVs.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas of improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance of the Solar Division and recommend corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

EPC Project Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading European Solar Developer with offices across Europe, APAC and Americas with presence in over 40 Countries with over 3GW in construction of solar plants globally. They are looking for a Technical Project Manager in Taiwan who will be responsible for the preparation and execution of large scale solar plants from Ready to build to Provisional acceptance who will sit in the Project Management Office.
REPORTS TO
EPC Head
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Management of EPC project program, multi-expertise project team and project contracts in Taiwan.
- Responsible for project preparation and execution, cross-functional coordination including contract management and fulfillment of additional project requirements ((e.g. lease, insurances, H&S, licenses, local entity set-up, taxes & duties, logistics)
- Support the Business Development team in assessing project feasibility for EPC-related aspects (coordinate technical studies, surveys or design optimization; identify project risks; define design concept and EPC setup)
- Prepare, execute and evaluate turnkey EPC and O&M tenders and prepare decision-basis (EPCM projects)
- In selected markets: identify partners and prepare setup to act as EPC and O&M contractor (EPC projects)
- Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Risk management, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Accountable for cost, timeline and quality of the EPC project, that need to be constantly updated.
- Coordination of acceptance procedures, handover to the Asset Management, O&M and Post-Construction team
- Reporting to project director and senior management
- Company representative under the EPC Contract
QUALIFICATIONS
- Academic degree in the area of engineering, preferable in Electrical or Civil, with at least five years of relevant work experience
- Well-developed intercultural skills
- Strong communication skills - systematic organizational approach
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders to international standards.
- Technical understanding of renewable energy (preferably: solar)
- Contract management experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel
- Previous experience in EPC projects in Energy or Infrastructure in Southeast Asia

Responsibilities
- The Project Development Manager is accountable for the production of the future proposal/bids of desalination
project in Taiwan. - She/He works following the internal process of managing a Proposal/Bid to deliver the
Proposal/Bid as per Clients expectation in coordination with the Business Development team. - She/He will actively participate in the preparation of responses to calls for tender where she/he will drive the Proposal/Bid production.
- She/He shall understand all the tender requirements as set out by the client
and its representative to ensure all elements of the tender requirements being addressed in the tender submission. - She/He works in coordination with the Business Development department.
- Once an opportunity has been found, will support Business Development on technical assessment, provide basic data including initial process description, basic drawing, equipment list and initial budgetary offer.
- Once the tender has been received, depending on the complexity and the size of the Project, may be fully in charge of the Production of the Proposal or only part of the Proposal under the lead of the Proposal Manager.
Qualifications
- Master degree or above in Environment, Chemical, Mechanical engineering, or related discipline
- Above 10 years of relevant experience in project engineering preferably with experience in water,
wastewater, solid waste projects. - Familiar with TW government department tendering procedures, familiar with dealing with related government divisions and local consultants.
- Experience in working for integrated joint venture for bid in Taiwan will be a plus.
- Fluent in both written and speaking English and Chinese.

Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the WHSEQ Management System, ensuring compliance with the Owner Requirements, WHSEQ legislation and industry best practice for developing and constructing Wind, Solar and energy storage in the Philippines.
- Develop and deliver training and other initiatives to implement WHSEQ management system requirements and initiatives to build WHSEQ culture in the organisation.
- Provide WHSEQ support to teams to ensure that WHSEQ risks are considered and managed throughout the lifecycle of projects, including early-stage site assessments, design WHSEQ reviews, contractor assessments, construction and support to the Project Development team.
- Support teams during tenders and contractual discussions associated with WHSEQ.

Qualifications
- Degree or post graduate qualification in WHSE or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years experience working as a WHSEQ professional in infrastructure, utilities, or renewables energy industry, or within a power generation discipline
- Prior experience and exposure in a broader operational role, with either internal or external advisory capacity would be advantageous.
- Auditor qualification and/ or a detailed understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skill, ability to engage in a multicultural environment, and exert positive influence on internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Origination, due diligence, approval and financing of renewable energy projects, portfolios, development joint ventures and companies
- Assist in the origination of a pipeline of renewable energy projects and screen investment opportunities
- Maintain up to date understanding of Philippine onshore renewables market, including for instance trends, market participants, precedent transactions, and opportunities and support review of strategy to fit environment
- Undertake necessary due diligence, financial modeling, risk analysis and mitigation in the structuring of complex acquisitions, developments and/or project financing transactions
- Lead and/or support commercial, legal and financial aspects of deal structuring
- Commercial review and negotiation of term sheets and contracts, including acquisitions agreements, shareholder agreements, joint development partnerships, MoUs, and assist in commercial review of power purchase agreements (PPAs), leases, EPC contract and O&M agreements.
- Prepare internal approval papers including analysis and assessment of relevant opportunities to facilitate the Investment Director, Development Director and Blueleaf Energy leadership team to make investment decisions
- Prepare project teaser or information memoranda for debt and equity investors, including responding to potential investor and financiers commercial and technical due diligence
- Support presentation of deal pipeline and transaction details to the Blueleaf Energy leadership team and Board for review and approval
- With the support of internal and external counsel, ensure that appropriate legal documentation is successfully concluded in line with approvals and that financial close (i.e. first disbursement) is achieved in a timely fashion
- Arrange and manage regular reporting activities for internal progress management purposes as well as updating leadership on the ongoing deals pipeline and expected timeframes of reaching key milestones
- Develop and leverage a network of professional relationships including key external stakeholders (e.g. financial, legal, and commercial advisers), relevant regulatory agencies and industry participants
Qualifications
- Degree or post graduate qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial or similar level commercial or technical discipline
- At least 10 years experience working in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Infrastructure Funds Management with a background in the infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy sector
- Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills to be able to conduct financial analysis, valuation and forecasting
- Ability to create compelling written documents and presentations presenting and supporting the financial analysis that has been undertaken

They are looking for a Development Manager in Japan who will be responsible to bring Projects from site purchase to NTP. Deal with all matters concerning permitting, as well as land- and grid-related actions in order to get the project to construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Support project development in Japan from early stage through to handover to the construction &operations team; lead all permitting efforts for one or multiple projects;
- Help coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers;
- Help manage and optimize project budgets, schedules and deliverables;
Work closely with the local in-house development team, engineering, project optimization and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution/realization; - Support market development, shaping and securing new project development opportunities;
- Interact with METI, OCCTO and the utility companies on behalf.
- Making sure all necessary documentation for the successful development of PV power plants are created in the required time frame.
- Managing projects in the early phase right up to (but not including) the
construction phase.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree relevant to the job.
- More than 5 years experience in Solar energy.
- English proficiency (basic level) and Japanese are native speakers.
- Has similar job and project development experience in the energy sector, preferably in the renewable energy market.
- Has experience in project development, such as handing over to the construction team from the stage nearing the completion of project development.
