Como Consultor de Clientes Alemão, você desempenhará um papel crucial no fornecimento de atendimento excepcional à clientela de língua alemã. Esta posição oferece a possibilidade de trabalhar totalmente a partir de casa e exige que você esteja livre para começar no dia 19 de julho!
Responsabilidades:
- Comunique-se de forma eficaz com clientes que falam alemão por telefone, e-mail e chat para esclarecer dúvidas e fornecer suporte.
- Garantir um alto nível de satisfação do cliente, entendendo e atendendo às necessidades do cliente de maneira rápida e profissional.
- Resolva os problemas dos clientes utilizando habilidades de resolução de problemas e colaborando com equipes internas relevantes.
- Mantenha registros precisos e detalhados das interações com os clientes em nosso sistema de gerenciamento de relacionamento com o cliente (CRM).

Italian Technical Advisor Specialist - WFH in Portugal
Or client, a multinational corporation and technology company who designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services is looking for technical advisors specialist to join their team in Portugal.
Responsabilities:
- Take inbound user requests (via telephone, email, chat), log call details into case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers.
- Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction, Surveys scores, actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports.
- Delivery of high calibre Customer Service on post sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds)
- Inbound sales support and selling of products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Capturing all required data elements in CRM as required by clients, policies, and products
Requirements:
- Native or near native level of Italian with fluent English
- Highschool Degree
- Dynamic and Proactive
- Good communication skills
- Be based in Portugal
- Experience in Customer Service
- Cold-calling & Sales Mindset is a plus

Spanish Customer Advisor - Greece
Do you follow all the latest developments in technology and gadgets? Do you have excellent communication skills in Spanish? This is your chance to work as a Customer Specialist for one of the Big Five IT/ Customer Service companies!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues

What you will bring:

Applications Engineer - Lisbon
As part of our client Pre-Sales Engineering team, the ideal candidate will work closely with the International Sales area to expand the business. This person will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the sales process and working with sales teams to develop and position the products of this international brand, as well as write and respond to specifications for tenders, conduct product tests in complex scenarios, and organise and deliver training to employees and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Disseminate product knowledge through thorough training sessions for field sales, pre-sales, consultants, partners, and end users, which may involve travel.
- Support Sales teams by responding to RFPs, creating designs, specifications, and quotes.
- Handle Pre-Sales field escalations, engaging necessary Motorola resources to deliver solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales teams, consultants, partners, and end users.
- Create technical documentation for new products and specific customer use cases.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Escalations teams for post-sales customer support as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively manage time and tasks, even under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Assist in managing the EMEA Demo Pool warehouses, including packaging, shipping, inventory management, and system administration tasks.

Requirements:
- Experience in commissioning video and access control systems.
- Experience with cloud-hosted video and access control platforms.
- University degree or diploma in a technology-related field.
- Prior experience in the security industry, with certifications in enterprise and/or cloud-hosted video and/or access control solutions.
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant credentials.
- Proficiency in languages other than English, with French being preferred.

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Review and moderate user-generated content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Identify and escalate content that violates terms of service, copyright laws, or poses potential risks to users.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
