Healthcare HR/Recruitment Coordinator
L & L Recruitment Solutions is actively looking for a HR/Recruitment Coordinator for a well-respected private Homecare company located in Scottsdale, AZ. They are looking for someone that is passionate about people, healthcare, and assisting our senior population. This is a full time, direct hire position, paying a base of 50K - 60K DOE, and excellent affordable benefits that are effective the following month. This will be an onsite position with the flexibility to have a remote day once a week.
Responsibilities will include: Recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates, reference checks, employment verification, data entry of new and existing employees, employee file maintenance, new hire orientation class coordination, licensure verification, various administrative duties.
Will be responsible for partnering with employees and management to communicate various agency policies, procedures, laws and standards. Maintain employee records in compliance with applicable legal requirements and provide support in various employee related topics such as timecard and payroll mobile application support and AZ sick time accrual.
