Learning Manager(Laguna Resorts & Hotels)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for Learning Manager of Laguna Resorts & Hotels with development processes of all department in Laguna Resorts & Hotels . Ensures that department achieve its goals by supervising coordinating, supporting, and administrating the training.
Key Result Areas:
1. Instills commitment to the Banyan Group experience in associates ensuring that the groups vision and mission are assimilated and the objectives of the company are met, especially in line with I AM WITH YOU Service Culture.
2. Assist and facilitate Core Training Program and other Training Program conducted by other Subject-Matter Expert.
3. Coach, counsel, discipline and develop subordinate associates
4. Ensure the training calendar has been set and communicated to all concerned departments in Laguna Resorts & Hotels.
5. Ensure all training and attendance happened according to the plan.
6. Check feedback from participants and development results.
7. Train and Coach Learning Coordinators to be able to understand and be able assist with Phuket Development Skills Department system and document arrangement.
8. Organize and conduct the Training in Laguna Resorts & Hotels.
9. Administering departmental trainer profiles in every business unit in Laguna Resorts & Hotels.
10. Work together with the Banyan Academy to keep a comprehensive record of all training activities and maintains the efficient administration.
11. Design all training related forms
12. Maintain an efficient filing system (manual and computerized) to ensure easy access to all records and files and monitoring all training documents and files up to date.
13. Follow up and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual reports
14. Monitor Laguna Resort & Hotels - Development Skills Department (Government).
15. Ensure that every department in Laguna Resorts & Hotels compile and maintain a complete and up-to-date associate orientation / induction / standards manual / training materials
Laundry Bill Poster
Job Requirement:
Completed laundry bill and look after laundry bill posting work together with laundry officer and senior checkers.
Qualification Required:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in laundry
* Basic knowledge of computerize
* Accounting and English (writing and reading)
Project Engineer(M&E) - Base in Bangkok
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager located in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Requirement:
To assist the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer on the project M&E work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project administration
- To assist administration for concern M&E documents
- To assist store inventory checking
2. Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer
- Regularly check the quality of the work done on site, and feedback to the Project Manager / Project Engineer
- Monitor the construction weekly progress and feedback
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contractors and feedback
- Review the M&E correspondences (RFA/RFI) between contractors/CM / Architect / Engineer and feedback in case there is something wrong
- Recheck the M&E shop drawing, as-built drawing, performance test reports, and instruction manuals, and feedback
- Prepare update construction progress in formation for the monthly report i.e. % completion report, project report
- Review the M&E as-built drawing, performance test reports and instruction manuals prior handover to the Hotel Operations for their reference/use
- Compile the Handover report
- On the buildings inspection due to the Hotel license application
- Attend the M&E testing and commissioning
- Follow up the defects rectification
3. Attend the meeting
- The weekly site meeting with the CM, and contractor
4. Supervision and coordination
- To coordinate M&E work with Architectural and Structural work
- Study/recheck the M&E construction document i.e. the drawings/spec (for construction), contracts, schedules etc. Any lacking of information, he has to feedback to the Project Manager / Project Engineer
- Monitor, and liaise with Contractors to ensure that the construction on site will run smoothly as planning and conform to construction drawing specification
- Inspect site construction work according to contractor inspection request
- Review daily request / report from contractor
5. Others job assignment
- To join the payment claim evaluation
- Others assignment from Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager /Project Engineer on the project M&E work.
Project Engineer(Civil & Architect)
Job Requirement:
Responsible for the coordination and supervision with the Contractors on site. Assist the Project Manager on the construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project manager to
- Review/comment on the design i.e. discrepancies, practicality, etc.
- Review the correspondences (RFA/RFI) between contractors/CM/ Architect/Engineer and feedback in case there is something wrong
- Liaison with the Project/Corporate Purchasing for the required FFE/OE delivery. Receive and prepare report to PM accordingly
- Verify the interim payment. and join the assessment on site with the QS/CM/Contractors
- Verify the CM's verification of the claim for the variation
- Prepare the V,O.
- Prepare the monthly report i.e. % completion report, project report
- Join the Handover inspection to ensure for the good quality product
- Join M&E testing and commissioning to ensure for the standard complied
- Recheck the as-built drawing, performance test report and manual instruction
2. Attend the meeting
- The weekly site meeting with the CM and contractor
- The monthly technician meeting with Architect, Engineer, CM, and contractor
3. Supervision and coordination
- Monitor and liaise with the CM or Contractors to ensure that the construction on site will run smoothly as planning
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CM/Contractors and feed back lo the PM
- Monitor the construction weekly progress and feedback to the PM
- Regularly check the quality of the work done on site, to ensure that it will meet the standard
- Follow up the defects rectification before invite the Hotel Ops for the final handover inspection
