The company is based in Upstate NY, and is rapidly expanding with projects in New England and Downstate / Westchester County.
Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years heavy civil construction experience, and can interpret state and local regulations.
Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $155,000 plus bonus, with exceptional (much better than average) benefits including pension, 401K, dental, health, and life insurance.
Travel to project sites is required.

We are conducting a search for a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Patient Access & Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, patient access, and strategy development. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient access, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient access policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee all aspects of patient access, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and other third-party payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

- Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient access services.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of patient access operations and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve patient access and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing budgets and financial goals.

Sales Associate
Ashley Furniture Home Store in Rutland, Vermont is looking for an energetic and motivated full-time year-aroundSales Associate.
This company offers a very competitive salary, shared commissions, and benefits structure. The weekly pay is $950 - $1,150 and is a mix of base salary + weekly shared commissions. Base weekly pay is $650 and the shared weekly commissions will be $300-$500, with growth opportunity. The shared commissions are within a total team of 3 Sales Associates. The first 30 days also includes a training stipend.
The Sales Associate will be working 5 days per week, likely including Saturdays and Sundays. Days off can be consecutive or a mix of two (M-F). In addition, the company offers 15 days PTO.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.

Commercial Driver - Hauling Heavy Equipment
A mid-sized company in Albany County is seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Driver to join their team and assist with hauling heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and the ability to safely operate and transport heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate commercial vehicles to transport heavy equipment to and from job sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
- Secure heavy equipment properly for transportation and follow all safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of pick-up and delivery times, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate with dispatch and follow designated routes and schedules
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as checking oil and tire pressure
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to management
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial driver, preferably hauling heavy equipment
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including flatbeds, lowboys, and trailers
- Experience with securing heavy equipment for transportation
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
This is a full-time position. The work schedule may vary depending on job assignments and may include weekends and limited overnight trips. The job may require physical labor, such as loading and unloading heavy equipment, and working in various weather conditions.
