Position: Financial Reporting Analyst
Job Purpose:
As the Financial Reporting Analyst, reporting to the Global Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for our client. Join them in their fast-paced, multi-national environment and contribute to the streamlining and improvement of group reporting and analytics.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly close process for global business units.
- Analyze financial and operational results, explaining variances.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated weekly cash forecasts.
- Serve as the primary online bank administrator for the global Group.
- Draft annual consolidated financial statements.
- Oversee the audit process and liaise with auditors.
- Drive automation initiatives for efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement internal financial controls and support transfer pricing policy.
- Coordinate annual insurance renewal process and support financing solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA).

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary institution or college in the field of Chemistry or Environmental Sciences
5+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience
Professional designation (i.e., P.Geo., R.T.Chem, AScT, P.Chem., or P.Ag.) or eligible to apply
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
Current Safety Tickets; Valid Class 5 Drivers License; Canadian Citizen or Permanent Residency

Document Control Specialist Job Description:
As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining Document Control folder structures.
- Maintaining project document distribution matrices.
- Supporting implementation of project-specific document control procedures.
- Updating and maintaining the Document Register in DC software for projects.

Qualifications:
- Five years experience in Document Management.
- Post-secondary education and/or a related diploma is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary training in document management, office administration, or related technical discipline.

Experience inspecting vessels, piping and structural is required

- Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering to complete equipment designs.
- Complete cost estimates and produce formal quotations for oil and gas processing equipment.
- Work towards the development and publishing of product standards.
- Request quotations from sub-suppliers, and review proposals on a technical and commercial basis.
- Provide technical support to various functional groups, including project management, drafting, and production.
- Conduct and complete process design work and/or estimating of natural gas processing equipment.
- Make recommendations for improved process and efficiency, working to add value to all stakeholders.
