Senior IT Specialist
Job Summary:
The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting a wide range of IT-related issues. This role requires extensive experience with networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting, as well as a deep understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, Firewall, and Microsoft Azure Administration. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Microtech and Microwave technology (specifically Unify), and proficiency in VoIP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex networking, Windows, and cable-related issues.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware-related problems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
- System Administration:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Administer and configure firewalls to ensure network security.
- Oversee and manage Microsoft Azure Administration tasks.
- Implement and maintain networking solutions, including CCNA certified tasks.
- Ensure network stability and optimize network performance.
- Provide expertise in Microtech and its applications.
- Implement and manage Microwave technology, particularly Unify systems.
- Configure and maintain VoIP systems, ensuring seamless telephone operations.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and solutions.
- Generate reports and provide insights on system performance and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Specialist.
- Solid experience with troubleshooting: networking, Windows, and cable-related issues.
- Deep understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall.
- Hands-on experience with hardware.
- Very good understanding of Microtech.
- Good knowledge in Microwave technology, specifically Unify.
- Proficiency in VoIP, covering telephones and configuration.

Senior OD Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Build and maintain organization charts with rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employeesetc on monthly basis for each department.

- Preparing and processing payrolls and tax reporting and records
- Analysing all payrolls (pay codes), pinpointing the differences, and reporting the reasons behind them monthly
- Complying with all applicable national laws and, in particular, those related to employment, insurance, and tax
- Preparing the annual HR budget plans and updating them on a quarterly basis in collaboration with the Finance Team
