Dynamic District Manager Needed in Northern California
Our client is currently seeking a District Manager to oversee multi-unit self storage operations in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and autonomous problem-solver, with a focus on setting and achieving high standards for themselves and their team.
As a District Manager in the Self-Storage Industry, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring effective communication, and achieving operational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing rental rates, discounts, insurances, and other income sources.
- Controlling expenses to maximize return on investment for each store.
- Conducting quarterly site audits and monthly facility checklists, reporting findings, and taking necessary actions.
- Analyzing financial reports and addressing district performance issues.
- Overseeing district-wide operations, including human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, auctions, and marketing.
- Managing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data, reports, and outcomes.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hiring.
- Coordinating employee-relations activities, onboarding, and recognition programs.
- Managing payroll processing and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Self storage experience preferred.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit operations experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel (up to 75%) and availability for overnight stays.
