The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery to produce high-quality products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Conducting quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Assisting with production line set-up and changeovers
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Performing basic maintenance on production machinery

The Production Operative will be responsible for operating production machinery and equipment, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety regulations
Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Assemble parts and components to create finished products
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
Keep accurate records of production output
Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment as needed
Assist in other areas of the production process as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production setting
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
6-2/2-10 shift
£11.17 per hour after 40 hours £16.76
10-6 shift
£12.04 per hour after 40 hours £18.76

Responsibilities: Set up and operate Webster and Bennett machines Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and productivity standards are met Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, with experience operating Webster and Bennett machines
