About the position
We are looking for an IT analyst that serves as a data analyst and system integrator of productivity tools for control and monitoring. This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring the tools in order to maintain a corporate-wide standard of use and in order to ensure that information assets are adequately optimized.
The main tools we use are - Google workspace, Slack, Asana, Zoom, ChatGPT and our Data tool is Splunk.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Independent, a technical person and a researcher, who will search and collect data to analyze the usage of productivity tools used by the organization
- Able to integrate with such tools, fetch data, analyze, be able to write bots and also in the future be involved in the AI ecosystem we will be building
- Excellent at scripting in Python
Responsibilities:
- Integration and usage of data solutions such as Splunk
- Ensure the tools are constantly being monitored and updated as required
- Work closely with IT/ DevOps /CISO/engineering leaders and technical experts on a wide variety of initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration or a technology-related field is required
- 4+ years of experience as a SysAdmin/System Integrator/Data Analyst in a global company
- Experience with data analysis and data integration
- Experience in Python programming for IT department related projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong proactiveness, self-management, multitasking skills

Senior Frontend Developer
AppNiv is looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team!
As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our partner's web applications using NextJS and React. The ideal candidate will have:
- strong background in web development
- experience with modern frontend frameworks
- passion for building responsive, high-quality user interfaces
- + 5 years experience in B2B analytics tools / applications
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using NextJS and React.
- Build responsive and high-quality user interfaces that meet design specifications.
- Collaborate with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration.
- Optimize web applications for scalability and performance.
- Ensure code quality, organization, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
- +5 years of experience in web development
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and NextJS
- Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of software development practices such as Agile, TDD and continuous integration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English

Customer Support Representative

What the job involves:
- Take incoming requests (via slack, email, our customer portal), process them and update the customer.
- Light investigation, including log-tracing will be required.
- Prioritize tickets and get in touch with the correct department.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skill (English is a must).
- Proactive, attentive to details & organized in work.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Availability to work in shifts (8am-5pm, 4pm-1am, midnight to 9am): evening and night shifts are remote, morning shifts are hybrid with at least 2 days in the office (the office is located near Coresi Shopping Center).
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
