About the Job
This is not a cold calling job. It provides you with an opportunity to learn right at the intersection of sales, technology and businesses.
- Reach out to new leads (CTO/CEO/CIOs) that have come in through inbound marketing efforts and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
- Align your pitch/communication with the prospects needs. Should have the capability to understand their pain points and challenges (e.g., be able to listen to customers, and identify their communicated and latent needs).
- Actively listen to each conversation with the prospect, interrupting when they need clarification and ask probing questions that allow them to explore the buyers mind.
- Continuously collaborate and communicate with them over the phone and emails to gather information about their needs.
- Demonstrate understanding of the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal presentation, closure and then nurture the account to create more business opportunities.
- Weekly reporting of potential prospects and what stages they are at in the sales lifecycle.

- Quick on your feet, excel in having online conversations, master in tools, be great content finders and most of all have a positive outlook that isnt put down by a bad interaction.
- You need to be a power persuader who is a keen listener and knows the art of captivating the prospect's interest by saying all the right things and checking all his boxes.
- A sales charmer who is scared stiff of losing peoples attention and able to tell the same story and handle the same objections in a million different ways.
- Amazing persuasive skills and clever sales tactics should run in your blood. This job is a lot more than just smooth talking; but, we consider this talent to be key for a successful sales person.
- Be very action-oriented. Being in business development requires working with many people that dont report to you, and getting them to deliver documents, quotes, etc. that you require in order to close a potential sale.
- This is an onsite position and timings are 3 PM to 12 AM.

Sr. Software Engineer - Python

Requirement
- A minimum of 2-3 years of Python experience is required
- Strong proficiency and proven experience in FastAPI is essential for this role
- Python expert with an understanding of Python web framework Django and FastApi
- Working knowledge of several ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
- Familiarity with user authentication
- Authorisation across numerous systems, servers, and settings
- Knowledge of the core design ideas underlying a scalable application
- Capable of developing database schemas to represent and support business operations

Your roles and responsibilities include analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, recommending changes to existing web applications, and managing development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
Requirements:
18 moths to 3 years of experience in JavaScript or any of the JS frameworks/libraries (ReactJS, Node, etc.)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field
You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and implement complex design specifications

Project Coordinator
Code District is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (PMO) to join our growing organization. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years working as a PMO. The PMO will apply agile methodologies where appropriate and establish best practices for project delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold company-wide standards for project management.
- Set up, manage, and automate Atlassian Jira in alignment with the established project management standards. This includes crafting Jira Projects, milestones, backlogs, queries, and generating necessary reports.
- Supervise the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion.
- Track project progress, pinpoint potential risks, and devise strategies to address them.
- Compile and present detailed status updates and essential metrics.
- Organize project-related meetings and ensure seamless communication among different departments (design, dev, sales, devops, qa).
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation and evaluations.
- Offer training and guidance on best practices in project management methodologies.
- Aid in the distribution of resources and in planning for capacity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mastery of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Expertise in utilizing Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal forms.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team-oriented approach combined with the ability to lead and guide.
- A computer science and/or Business graduate with a major in project management.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years in a PMO coordinator position, preferably within custom software development firms.
