Job Overview
As a Digital Designer, you will be part of a global team of designers. You will be responsible for the development of different creative assets for paid marketing channels across 6 different brands for 18 markets, with the main goal of ensuring consistency across all channels and not losing sight of the Corporate Identity.
Your work will have an immediate impact on how customers perceive food solutions, and your designs will travel around the world!
Job Description
- Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets (static and video) across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
- Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
- Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines
- Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets
- Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on
- Create effectively paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative creative solutions relevant to existing trends.
About You:
BS/BA degree or equivalent required
4+ years experience at a creative / branding / advertising agency or design-led consumer brand
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other graphic design software
Experience with Figma and any ad automation platform are a plus
Experience in digital design (social media experience a plus)
A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing clear tasks and timelines

Job Description
- Create exceptional packaging designs for the in-box experience, including designing across all private label ingredients and the outer box.
- Create designs for print marketing materials, such as pull-up banners, flyers, posters, event collateral etc.
- Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
- Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
- Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets.
- Work closely with third-party production houses and print partners: offer creative consultations, recommend paper and material solutions, and maintain and enforce the quality of files.
- Uphold the brand identity guidelines.
- Develop and adapt work with feedback, consolidating across stakeholders.
About You:
BS/BA degree required.
4+ years of packaging/advertising agency or brand design experience required.
Experience with Adobe CC Programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Understanding of the print world, CMYK and Pantone
Experience in creating technical drawings, instructions, and specification packs.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing clear tasks and timelines.
Working on food and beverage is a major plus.

The main purpose of the job
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support the Talent Acquisition process for HelloFresh Canada. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to attract and recruit the best candidates for our distribution centres across Canada, as well as maintain an exceptional candidate experience. As part of the People team, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of HelloFresh, Chefs Plate and Factor as we look to leverage our best asset in our bid to continue our high growth: hiring great people!
Responsibilities and Duties
Support the field Talent Acquisition team with tasks such as job posting, sourcing, building pipelines, screening resumes and scheduling interviews with hiring managers for hourly and salaried positions
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis
Attract, engage, and select high-quality talent to meet the companys future needs using a variety of sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Take responsibility for end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring that everyone who comes into contact with HelloFresh leaves with a positive impression of the brand.
Manage relationships with third parties involved in the recruitment process, including but not limited to colleges/universities, job boards, and external recruiters/agencies.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to set up new and improve existing recruitment and hiring processes.

3. Skills and preferred qualifications
1-2 years of recruitment experience working in a fast-changing manufacturing, logistics or production environment.
1-2 years of experience with administrative duties such as scheduling interviews across different time zones, managing multiple calendars etc.
Completed diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business related field, or equivalent related experience.
Strong ability to build rapport with different stakeholders, candidates and third parties.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, especially as it relates to sensitive candidate information
Desire to help build a world-class employer brand and Talent Acquisition function for HelloFresh Canada.
Experience with HRIS ATS, or other related databases and software (We use BambooHR and Greenhouse)

Benefits
- Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year.
- 13th-month pay calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment.
- Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries.
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year.

Job Description
Data cleaning of customer service error reports to ensure accuracy and correct categorisation
Listen to, accurately identify and record customer issues in customer service calls
Creates weekly and monthly performance reports based on a template, gathering information from different sources: excel files, Tableau dashboard, google sheets
Report any data issues to the team
Keeps data updated in the different sources
Performs intermediate database analysis in Google Sheets using pivot tables, charts, formulas
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

Skills and preferred qualifications
Good command of English both oral and written

1. Main purpose of the job
At the IT Management Tribe, we have the privilege of providing technology products and services to the whole HelloFresh organization. We operate, among others, providing advanced and critical tech support, and integration capabilities and assisting our Customer Care business teams to ensure they are able to give our Customers the best care possible.

2. Responsibilities and duties
Partner with Customer Care teams, Local IT Managers, and Security in defining initiatives and solutions, and resolving scope-related trade-offs.
Collaborate closely with our vendors ensuring that we create and maintain an excellent relationship.
Maintain accurate documentation of features to be developed and implemented. Ensure that all processes are documented when possible.
Track and provide visibility to stakeholders into the team's progress and impact on the timeline of delivery.
Support stakeholders in modernizing their tech stack and interact with vendors & teams on a regular basis to facilitate that.
Be co-responsible for administration, and optimization of Genesys Cloud, among other platforms.
Ensure Customer Care has the right tools, systems, and resources to fulfill their tasks.
3. Skills and preferred qualifications
Demonstrated experience in successfully deploying and managing technical products in the Customer Care space. Significant advantage if you bring experience with Genesys Cloud.
Experience in JSON + scripting languages such as Javascript is a big plus.
Ability to understand, analyze and highlight complex problems and limitations (both technical and non-technical).
A background in managing technical products from inception to launch, building simple and sustainable solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence different types of stakeholders.

- Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, offboarding etc.
- Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration.
- Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit from data administration in the system.
- Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, and training in the systems, including the issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents.
- Maintain and update competence file and support in the electronic filing system structure.

Qualifications:

Has proven skills in managing, understanding, and execution of ERP systems and tools, database functionality and reporting.
