- Provide excellent customer support via voice, non-voice, and chat channels.

He would be responsible to handle designated branches. His primary responsibility is business development in the region. Zonal Credit Head
Key Objective of the Job: Handling the Credit Underwriting and portfolio management of all the branches in the zone.
Timely due diligence of the funding proposals of the branches/ Zones
Ensuring deal underwriting within the prescribed TAT.
Ensuring the Credit policy implementations in the assigned zones.
Ensuring quality portfolio of the branches within the set parameters of early delinquency
Managing and supervising FI agency operations.
Conducting training for FI, Channels and cross-verticals at regular intervals
Visiting Channels/ Branches and customers at regular intervals.
Providing market feedback through field visits and networking with Credit counterparts of competition.
Providing inputs for localized schemes based on market dynamics and delinquency studies.
Audit files and Processes and take corrective measures.
Complying with audit recommendations & addressing audit queries.
Specialized job competencies:
Team Handling Skills
Basic understanding of the Credit process.
Technical knowledge in financial statement analysis.
Ability to sustain pressure.
