Job brief

We are seeking a Strategic Project Development Manager to initiate projects, execute outcomes, and demonstrate a passion for translating data analysis to enhance project efficiency. Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the management level are mandatory for success in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Project Development & Execution:

• Manage assigned strategic projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and set project success metrics.
• Focus on practical implementation to achieve desired outcomes.

2. Data Analysis & Action Plans Suggestion:

• Analyze operational data and summarize results.
• Provide recommendations to enhance project efficiency.

3. Market and Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor business and competitor trends.
• Track consumption trends and competitors' new product launches.
• Summarize findings and present recommendations.

Requirements

• Male/Female, aged 30-40 years.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or Trade Marketing in Traditional Trade channels.
• Ability to work in retail and wholesale environments.
• Driving skills and occasional ability to work in provincial areas.
• Result-driven with a commitment to achieving goals.
• Leadership and decision-making skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to summarize data clearly and provide business recommendations.
• Leadership qualities to guide the team towards success.
• Flexibility to handle diverse tasks.
